COVID-19 Although we have much to learn, this much we know: All available American vaccines and boosters are safe and effective at preventing death and serious consequences of COVID-19. Wearing a multi-layered or N-95 mask when indoors and closer than 6 feet to others for more than 10 minutes is a good idea if you suspect that you or others may have COVID-19. Get tested ASAP if you suspect you may have contracted COVID-19 and notify your PCP. Paxlovid administered in 5 days or less after onset helps prevent serious consequences in high risk individuals.
